Located in the heart of the city, the 'Fantasy Benches' project is a vibrant fusion of environmental sustainability, public art, and civic engagement commissioned by the Kiryat Gat Municipality. This site-specific eco-sculpture installation reimagines public seating by turning ordinary urban spaces into whimsical landscapes. Created with the active participation of local children, these colorful, functional benches invite residents of all generations to pause, play, and connect.

The heart of this environmental sculpture project lies in its hands-on, community-centered craftsmanship. Supported by the Kiryat Gat Municipality, local children and youth were invited to take part in the creation process, which was deeply rooted in ecological values. Together, they gathered and utilized accessible, upcycled materials—such as old tires and consumer plastic waste—to build the structural base of the benches.
